The new BM31WP material moisture measuring device is a compact precision measuring device with high-quality sensor technology, which is designed to be energy and space-saving and has no evaluation technology or display unit. Instead, the device is operated and its data evaluated almost entirely via the MultiMeasure Mobile app and via the smartphone. The appSensor is ready to use and can be easily connected to the MultiMeasure Mobile app.

The app not only allows you to automatically view the minimal, maximal and average value or mark single values directly in an image, but also create, save and send complex graphic representations in the form of a photo-linked moisture matrix.

How it works

The BM31WP can be used both to quickly indicate a wide range of near-surface material moisture values and, thanks to the appSensor’s particularly good suitability, to preliminary inspect the maturity of building materials in CM measurements. Useful additional features such as the alarm function, the export of moisture measurement values to a processing analytical software and the creation of a report round off the universal application possibilities of the BM31WP and make this measuring device, in combination with the MultiMeasure Mobile app, a valuable tool in the field of building diagnostic tasks.
