Even drilling holes in glued laminated, laminated wood or acrylic glass is not a problem with this professional wood drill bit set, because it is made in industrial quality from durable and high-strength carbon steel. This also means that its high-wear resistance is guaranteed even after a lot of use. The wood drill bit set comes with all drill bit sizes in 1 mm increments from 3 mm to 10 mm diameter and with multiples up to 4 mm. In addition, the set also includes several fractional bits in half-millimetre increments, so that you always have the appropriate drill bit at hand even for less common hole sizes.
This is how it works
Each drill head can be accurately aligned using the precise centring tip. This prevents the drill from “wandering” once it is positioned against the wood, saving you time because centre punching is no longer necessary. An extremely sharp milling cutter with a maximum hardness of 58 HRC cuts the wood fibres during the drilling process. These are cleanly cut with internal shavings removal and transported via the drill spiral from the borehole. All drill spirals in the set have a straight shank and can therefore be used with all standard drills and cordless screwdrivers.
The complete set comes in a sturdy plastic case which is easy to transport and can be hung on a pegboard. The drill bits can be easily removed thanks to tilting bit holders. Every bit has its measurement engraved on its shank, making it easy to identify even after regular use.
