Here’s how it works
Ozone is one of the strongest, naturally occurring sterilisers in the world and, due to its bactericidal, virucidal and sporicidal disinfecting properties, it is an effective means of eliminating microorganisms such as bacteria, spores and viruses. Technically produced using the Airozon® ozone generator, ozone can be used very flexibly at any desired location for oxidative disinfection and odour elimination – precisely the field of application for Trotec’s Airozon® ozone generators. The six-fold composite of high-quality, long-lasting 10g ozone electrodes, specially built into the Airozon® 60000, works with an insulated dielectric barrier to achieve a highly effective, stable ozone output of 60,000 mg/h under ambient air conditions, which can be quickly distributed across the entire treatment zone using high-pressure radial blowers and 360° discharge tower with specially shaped flow lamellas. Such ozone levels are a prerequisite for an equally effective and economical disinfection of large areas such as gyms and supermarkets or entire railway carriages and buses.
Setting up the Airozon® 60000 requires only a few simple steps. All controls such as the operating switch, emergency control light, countdown timer or hours counter are built in to protect against shock and impact. For direct use of hard-to-reach areas such as partition walls, creeping levels, cavities and tanks or channels, an air transport hose can also be attached to the ozone generator using an optional top hood.
