Here’s how it works
With the compact and ergonomically shaped BD22 laser distance meter, you can easily determine distances up to 50 m, as well as areas and volumes in indoor areas with a measuring accuracy of +/- 2 mm. A Pythagoras function is integrated for indirect measurements, such as measuring the heights of walls or shelves. The versatile laser meter is also equipped with an analogue measuring wheel, enabling you to measure curved lines, curved surfaces, and circumferences with millimetre precision. Thanks to the integrated spirit level, you can also use the BD22 as a practical spirit level to check whether surfaces are level or to position objects exactly perpendicular.
The measured data is shown clearly on the backlit display and is also stored in the internal data memory (maximum 50 measurements). Addition and subtraction of the measurement data is possible as well as continuous measurements with MIN/MAX function.
For maximum operating time, the BD22 has an intelligent automatic switch-off function, which automatically switches off the laser after 30 seconds of non-use and the entire unit after 3 minutes. This intelligent power-saving function is especially helpful in the hectic everyday life on the construction site and makes the BD22 an endurance runner among distance-measuring devices. The batteries needed to operate the device (2x 1.5V AAA batteries) are already included in the scope of delivery.
