Clever and smart go hand in hand in the new BH30. Because the new practical socket hygrostat will enable even devices that are not equipped with an integrated hygrostat to be automatically switched on and off. You can thus ensure a pleasant feel-good climate whilst at the same time save power, because you will avoid having the device running unnecessarily. That’s clever! And smart? Well, it is hard to imagine anything simpler than the intuitive operation of this adapter plug…
The socket hygrostat is simply plugged in between the humidifier or dehumidifier and the socket. Then the desired individual interior humidity level is set – and that’s it! The BH30 hygrostat allows you to regulate the interior air humidity in 1% intervals between 20 and 90% through the connected air humidifier or dehumidifier.
How it works
Through electronic humidity measurement, the BH30 determines the air humidity and compares this with the air humidity target values, which can be set individually. If the humidity level goes above or below the limits set, the hygrostat switches the connected devices used to regulate the air humidity on or off: either an air humidifier if the indoor air is too dry, or an air dehumidifier if the air is too moist. The BH30 adapter plus is perfectly suited to efficiently regulating devices that are not equipped with an integrated hygrostat – such as the Trotec PAE 25 aircooler or the TTK 24 E dehumidifier.
Four of the many advantages that I particularly like:
- simple operation and programming
- quick adjustment of the air humidity
- suitability for air humidification and dehumidification
- the broad setting range between 20 and 90% relative humidity
