Here’s how it works
To adjust the heat intensity, the IR 2010 S has three heat levels, with a maximum heating power of up to 2000 watts, which can be set via the integrated control panel or the supplied remote control. On the LED display, it is easy to select one of the three power levels (P1: 650 W / P2: 1,350 W / P3: 2,000 W). The high-quality carbon infrared tubes of the 735 mm-long radiant heater achieves an operating time of over 10,000 hours and delivers a pleasant, noticeable warmth on the skin immediately after being switched on.
For energy-saving programming of a predefined operating time, the IR 2010 S is equipped with a practical 24-hour timer. Once set up, the radiant heater switches off fully automatically after a preset number of hours (1-24 hours). This reduces unnecessary operating costs and simplifies use in commercial applications in particular. Another advantage for professional use is the IP34 design aluminium housing, which reliably protects the device technology of the robust infrared heater from splashing water.
As a wall-mounted radiant heater, the IR 2010 S provides seating areas and bar tables with targeted heat. For uncomplicated installation, a 45° swivelling bracket with screws and dowels is included in the scope of delivery. Equipped with a 1.80 m long mains cable, the radiant heater can also be attached to stands to further extend its deployable radius.
