Here’s how it works
The double grinder PBGS 10-120 has an infinitely variable speed setting from 0 to 11,500 rpm. Even cutting work and the removal of rust spots are a breeze with the high-speed drive shaft. With the pre-mounted grinding disc (120 grit), you can effortlessly sharpen practically any tool that’s become dull and then polish it to a high shine on the polishing disc (400 grit), which also comes pre-mounted.
The double grinder always ensures that work is always carried out safely without flying sparks thanks to the laterally closed protective bonnets and two swivelling safety discs in front of the grinding stones. Using the knurled screws on the side, you can conveniently adjust the workpiece supports to whatever height your workpiece needs. Four rubber feet are integrated into the solid base of the device to make for a non-slip and low-vibration stand.
A base plate with pre-drilled holes is already attached to the device, thus allowing you to screw the PBGS 10-120 bench grinder to a workbench or work table. You can also fix the bench grinder temporarily to a vice or to a frame to use it as a stand-alone unit.

The sanding belts can be used to reliably work on various materials such as hard and soft wood, metal and fibreglass in a very confined space – e.g. Also for smoothing corners that are rounded on the inside or outside. The sanding belt is simply attached to the corresponding sanding belt mandrel (included in the set).
10 x sanding heads (corundum/aluminium oxide)
The high-quality sanding heads made of corundum or aluminium oxide offer high resistance to hard material. They are ideal for grinding, sharpening, smoothing and deburring stone, ceramics or various metals.
