Here’s how it works
The AirgoClean® 350 E‘s ‘’Air Quality Sensors’’ monitor the air quality 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in order to reliably keep harmful microparticles and pathogens out of your surroundings. The air quality display of the AirgoClean® 350 E, which is just as visually appealing as it is informative, makes the quality of the room air as well as the number of the finest suspended particles visible. A numerical display provides information about the PM2.5 value (number of fine dust particles < 2.5 µm) measured in the room air, while an optical colour LED display simultaneously indicates the degree of purity of the ambient air in three colour levels.
Green : Good air quality PM2.5 value 0 – 50
Blue : Average air quality PM2.5 value 51 – 100
Red : Poor air quality PM2.5 value > 100
The display of the current room temperature and humidity is particularly practical – two important parameters for health and well-being. Due to the continuous measurement of the highly sensitive air quality sensors, incoming pollution such as dirt, dust, fine dust, as well as gaseous pollutants are immediately detected and eliminated by an adapted air purification performance. The air output is controlled fully automatically to filter detected suspended particles or odours immediately from the room air.
Double 3-in-1 HEPA filter technology with ionisation for a healthy indoor climate
Thanks to the combined filter system made of HEPA carbon and DACRON filter technology in double design and with additional ionisation, fine dust particles, allergens and other pathogens are reliably filtered out of the room air. Thus, viruses, bacteria, pollen, allergens, fine dust particles and mould spores up to a size of 0.3 micrometers are eliminated in the two HEPA filters. In addition to pollutants, the additional double carbon filter effectively neutralises tobacco, pet, kitchen, and smoke, as well as formaldehyde and solvent odours from the ambient air. The two DACRON® pre-filters are ideally suited as pre-filters in air purification thanks to their continuous filaments made of polyester, which are synthetically produced. The synthetic fibre filter reliably filters light to medium odours, coarser house dust and animal hair from the room air.
This already high filter performance is further enhanced by fully automatic ionisation. This releases negatively charged ions, whose static charge binds floating pollen, dust, viruses and bacteria and causes them to sink to the ground, where they are then directly sucked in and removed by the air flow of the three-stage fan. This allows for even more effective cleaning of the air and also enriches it with active oxygen.
Quick and easy filter change
The AirgoClean® 350 E is just as easy to operate as it is to quickly change the pre-installed filters. The device covers can be removed on both sides without tools and with a single hand movement, so that the pre-filter and HEPA filter can be visually inspected and replaced if necessary.
