Here’s how it works
Thanks to its intelligent automatic heat control, the oil radiator TRH 28 E regulates its pre-set heat output and energy consumption fully automatically. Simply pre-select the desired target temperature (16 to 30°C) using the user-friendly LED display – the thermostat control of the TRH 28 E takes over the temperature control. When the desired temperature is reached, the oil radiator switches off automatically. If the room temperature falls below the pre-selected value, the radiator switches on again automatically and heats at the previously set heating level. In this way, the room temperature always remains at a constant, comfortable level, overheating of the room is impossible and you do not burn up unnecessary energy costs.
In addition, the oil radiator TRH 28 E offers not only particularly easy operation via the LED touch display, but also a 24-hour timer with automatic switch-off, which makes it even easier for you to save electricity. Simply set the desired operating time of the radiator (1 to 24 hours) when you go to bed. The heater will turn off automatically after the pre-set time.
Of course, maximum operating safety is also part of the design principle of the TRH 28 E: stable feet with smooth-running castors guarantee a safe stand with maximum freedom of movement. Should the radiator even start to sway or wobble due to external influences, a built-in safety tilt switch turns the heater off fully automatically. A safety thermostat prevents the operating temperature from being exceeded and thus the unit from overheating, for example due to clothing placed on the radiator. This overheating protection ensures that the unit is switched off immediately. The operating indicator light shows whether the unit is heating. Moreover, the recessed grip enables safe transport even when the unit is still heating.
And did I forget to mention: oil radiators are intended for long-term use because they can fully replace a radiator. The ribs of the oil radiators make them look quite similar to a ‘normal’ heating system, yet unlike other systems, they use electricity to heat the oil they hold. The so-called thermal oil is heated by the electricity and transfers the heat to the room via the heating ribs. This oil is an excellent thermal energy store, so you benefit from an energy-saving reheating effect: after switching off the heater, you will still be treated to a sustained heat output for up to 30 minutes.
