With the TWP 4006 E, you are ideally equipped for almost all irrigation and drainage tasks in the house, garden and in business. As a flexible helper, the universally applicable submerged clear water pump with its high flow rate is suitable for pumping out and transferring only the slightly dirty clear water from swimming pools, fountains, rain barrels, cisterns or rainwater tanks. The shallow suction submersible pressure pump can also be used to dry out basements and washrooms that have overflowed due to heavy rain, washing machine leaks or groundwater to a virtually wipe-dry condition.
The waterproof, encapsulated and extremely robust plastic housing of the TWP 4006 E is designed for underwater use up to 7 metres deep. The 400 watt submerged water pump starts suction fully automatically from a water level 55 mm. In doing so, it transports clear or slightly contaminated water with particles up to 5 millimetres in size, and makes overflowed cellars with a low residual water height of only 5 millimetres almost wipe-dry. You can also use the submerged pump in manual mode with individually preset switch-on and switch-off height. A bracket on the pump allows you to easily lock the float position in order to adjust the switching heights individually to the intended use. And if you fix the otherwise freely movable float switch, the TWP 4006 E pumps in continuous operation.
Here’s how it works
With the TWP 4006 E, you have complete freedom of connection because the submerged water pump has flexible hose, pipe and plug systems. Regardless of whether you want to connect the pump to a garden hose, an existing piping or irrigation system, the submerged pump is almost limitlessly compatible because it allows you to connect hoses, pipes and plug-in systems with different diameters, with and without threaded connections. The reduction adaptor required for this is already included in the scope of delivery with various connection sizes.
The practical angle adapter also has the knack. With it, hose, pipe or plug-in systems can be attached to the pump quickly and easily with just one movement and positioned flexibly by 360°. Simply plug it in and unplug it again at the touch of a button when the job is done. The TWP 4006 E offers you the connection options for a hose connection with internal diameters of 25 mm or 38 mm as well as a hose and pipe connection for internal threads G1″/DN25 or G1½”/DN40.
The carrying handle integrated in the pump housing facilitates the transport of the compact and lightweight TWP 4006 E, weighing only 4 kg, in the garden or at other locations. It also serves as a suspension for the 10-metre long nylon rope included in the scope of delivery to lower the submerged pump into wells, cisterns or other basins.
