How it works
The TGP 1005 E is equipped with a fine filter fitted to the water inlet which filters small stones, parts of plants and coarse contaminant particles from the water using its fine-mesh nylon net. This effectively protects the pump from contamination, blockages, congestion and damage. Additionally, blockages of the outlet nozzles, such as with lawn sprinklers, are prevented, as well as dirt deposits in pipes or hoses.
Designed for maximum durability, the garden pump has an extremely corrosion-resistant aluminium winding motor with a high-grade ceramic mechanical seal. The stable metal thread (internal diameter 1” or 2.54 cm) of the suction and pressure connections allow flexible hose lines to be connected – the pump can also be connected to permanently installed pipes of the same diameter. The commissioning of the compact garden pump is performed via the lateral on/off switch. Thanks to the large filler opening, it is really easy to fill the pump with some water before use.
The robust, corrosion-resistant pump housing consists of metal with a protective coating and impact-resistance plastic. The garden pump is also protected from water splashes on all sides in accordance with protection class IPX4. Additionally, the integrated thermal protective circuit reliably prevents the motor from overheating. To enable flexible use and easy transportation, the 6.5 kg device is equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle.
