The TTK 500 Construction Dehumidifier is consistently designed for high dehumidification performance and long service life. And it gets the job done: with a dehumidification capacity of 70 litres per 24 hours, it reliably keeps rooms of up to 940 m3 dry. In addition, this professional condenser dryer is suitable for building drying and water damage restoration for rooms up to 470 m³ – even at temperatures below 15 °C. This is made possible by equipping it with a powerful, automatic hot gas defrosting system using the bypass method, which requires only very short defrosting phases, thus increasing the performance level and making it ideal for effective air dehumidification in low temperature areas such as unheated rooms.
Here’s how it works
The TTK 500 has an innovative central chassis from which the robust metal housing can be quickly and easily removed. Ideal for service, maintenance and cleaning. The entire electronics are not only specially encapsulated and thus reliably protected against harmful deposits – they also have a modular design and all individual electronic modules are plugged in for easy maintenance. Individual modules can therefore be replaced quickly and easily, even on site: disconnect the plug, replace the module, plug it back in – and you’re done. This reduces maintenance-related downtime to a minimum.
The operating elements of the TTK 500, which are positioned so that they are protected against impacts, are flanked by two cable sensors. Instead of the standard operating hours counter, an MID-compliant dual counter for operating hours and energy consumption is also available as an option. For drying in continuous operation, an optional condensate pump is available, which can be quickly and easily and installed and removed using a plug connection. A cap-protected jack socket enables the HG 110 hygrostat from Trotec to be connected. The push bar position of the TTK 500, which is equipped with extra-large wheels, can be locked horizontally or vertically if required. In this way, the optimum transport position is always guaranteed.
