Thus, the operating switch comes with an additional power-on lock against inadvertent activation and, after being switched on, the soft start of the motor protects against any sudden full acceleration of the disc. An integrated overload protection switches the device off automatically when a temporary overload of the motor or battery is impending. In the latter case, or after changing the battery, the built-in restart safeguard prevents the cordless angle grinder from immediately restarting and starts the motor only after the switching on procedure has been carried out again. And the protective cover of the PAGS 20-115, which can be adjusted without tools, reliably shields against dust or flying sparks during grinding or cutting work.
