Here’s how it works
The heat-resistant and shock-proof multiple socket outlets PVH3 and PVH5 extend the accessibility of existing sockets with their 1.5 m-long cable and triple (PVH3) or quintuple (PVH5) the number of usable devices with Euro/Schuko plugs. A push of a button on the mains switch is all it takes to completely disconnect all connected devices from the mains. This is not only convenient, but also saves a lot of energy because the ’silent consumers’ in Stand-by mode cannot drive up the electricity bill unnoticed.
Both power strips have increased protection against contact according to protection class IP20, which means that the mains plug and the power strip are protected against the ingress of solid foreign bodies with a diameter of larger than 12.5 mm.
The sockets are rotated by 45° so that you can use several large power supply units next to each other in the power strip. The child safety lock protects the contact sockets from curious children’s fingers and other objects. Thanks to the robust and high-quality workmanship, the power strips can be used at temperatures ranging from -15 °C to +40 °C.
