The robust and stable telescopic tripod was sold out for good reason, since it expands the scope of application of the infrared radiant heaters IR 2500 S and IR 2550 S so that they can be used while standing freely. The radiant heaters can thus be used as mobile heat sources and thereby ensure comfortable temperatures everywhere in the home: either on the patio, in the unheated cellar or in the attic. The telescopic tripod is now back in stock – as long as you order quickly …
The telescopic tripod makes the infrared radiant heaters IR 2500 S / IR 2550 S mobile and enables them to be comfortably positioned as heat sources wherever pleasant temperatures are needed. The tripod is variably adjustable in height from 110 to 175 cm, which enables the IR radiant heaters to be fixed at an ideal radiation angle, whether for a cosy seating area or a high table area, for example.
How it works
The telescopic tripod is light, easy to transport and very easy to use thanks to its simple assembly. You can simply pull the telescopic segments out to the desired height and fix them in place. Then you can set the tripod up where you want. The 3-leg design ensures stability. You can use the tripod in almost any room.
Four of many advantages that I particularly like:
- the variably adjustable height from 110 bis 175 cm
- the usability in any room
- the simple assembly
- the freedom from maintenance
IR telescopic tripod in combination with the radiant heater IR 2500 S
The infrared radiant heater IR 2500 S is equipped with a top-class comfort function, since it has an infinitely variable thermostat. Once set to the right individual comfortable temperature, the device reliably heats the room up to that exact point with a heating capacity of 2,500 watts – it then switches itself off to save energy and switches back on automatically when the temperature drops. What’s more, the IR 2500 S is licensed for use in bathrooms, since the device is spray-proof and jet water-proof according to protection class IP34.

In addition to ‘Off’, the IR 2550 S has three heating levels: 850 W, 1,650 W and 2,500 W. The LED display shows you which heating level has been selected and the operating control light signals the device’s general readiness for operation.
The IR 2550 S is ideally suited for use in larger spaces, for example in marquees, street cafés or in stables, since with the remote control, the heater can be switched on and off conveniently when installed on the ceiling or in difficult-to-reach places. Switching the device on and off, selecting the three heating levels and regulating the 24-hour timer is all done very simply at the push of a button.
